Dorsolumbosacral agenesis: Case report and literature review

Objetives: To report a case of dorsolumbosacral agenesis and to make systematic review the literature focused on prenatal diagnosis. Materials methods: We 32year old pregnant woman, with 30 week pregnanacy, without care, fetus is diagnosed agenesis. The mother request voluntary termination pregnancy. A diagnosis thos condiction performed. Results: found 50 papers, 6 met inclusión critiria. Three them In first was made at 13 weeks gestation preganancy requested. second corresponded an biamniotic bicorial twin preganancy. One normal feto one presented in trimester. pregnancy continued until 34 affected neonate had perinatal death. third case, 18 male newborn 2990gr born 37 gestation. Conclusion: Dorsolumbosacral very severe form caudal regresión syndrome, only few cases reportted literature. best our knowladge this fourth reported
